CallandPut is a binary options broker based out of Cyprus. Their philosophy is ‘trading for the masses’ and their aim is to provide traders with a fair trading environment while at the same time delivering quality products and services. Despite not being under any acceptable regulatory body, CallandPut promises its clients the highest level of protection and total segregation of funds.

Platforms and Accounts

The trading platform used at CallandPut is Tradesmarter Holdings which is simple enough for both new and experienced traders to implement. The interface of the trading platform is clean and orderly and most of the features are familiar to any trader with any background in binary options trading. They have also made social trading available through this platform.

CallandPut offers four types of trading accounts--Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Unfortunately, when doing the CallandPut.com review I could not find any additional details about these accounts such as the minimum initial deposit requited to open each one. Also missing were the different benefits of each respective trading account. They do offer Muslim traders an Islamic account with “interest free” trading according to the Shariah principles. Muslim clients’ funds are held in special interest-free accounts and are not qualified to trade on margin or use leverage.

I was pleased to see that they offer a demo account but there was very little other information about this option.

As for trading contract types, CallandPut offers several types of trading contracts-- High/Low Touch, One Touch Binary, High Yield Touch, Range and 60 seconds. Over 45 different types of assets are available for trading.

Features

A unique feature at CallandPut is the “Sentiment Indicator. ” The Sentiment Indicator is a general indication of the direction most traders in their network are taking at any given time, as opposed to an analyst opinion. Although the sentiment indicator doesn’t actually measures sentiment in the trading market, it does still provide a good representation of what is going in the traders’ minds.

When it comes to bonuses, they can go as high as 100% at CallandPut. The Bonus indicator that appears on one of the site pages indicates the amount of bonus funds that can be converted to available cash once the trading volume in question has been reached. In addition, the Bonus Progress Bar shows the trader’s trading progress before become eligible for the bonus.

Payments can be made Visa, MasterCard, MoneyBookers, Wire Transfer, Qiwi, WebMoney, Maestro, and CashU.

Customer Support

CallandPut’s website is available 24/5 in seven languages -- English, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, German, Russian and French. Customer support can be reached by live chat, email and phone. Traders can dial into their U.K. telephone number and they will be called back immediately. Their response time is also quite good with calls being answered in less than a minute. According to the website, trading can be done 24/6.

All in all, CallandPut offers the binary options trader everything he needs and seems to deliver good service and support to its clients. Navigation is smooth and an account can be opened without any difficulty.
