Features

When it comes to education, Interactive Option offers account holders a wide range of live trading events, webinars and classes and each one of their traders is offered free access to their Trading Academy.

Customer support is provided via Chat, email and phone to seven different countries including Saudi Arabia.

Generally speaking the Interactive Option site was easy to navigate and most of the information was clearly displayed. I had a hard time finding any information about their trading platform and tried to get that information by chatting with a representative. I was disappointed when he told me that they use Netdania.com, which is basically an application not a platform. After additional research, I found that Interactive Option is powered by Spotoption, but this information was not to be found on the site.

I was also surprised to see there was no demo account available.
