Larson And Holz Review

Review

Larson & Holz IT Ltd is a Forex broker headquartered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with satellite offices in many other countries.  Since their establishment in 2004, their goal has been to provide easy internet access to financial markets all over the world.  They very clearly state on the website that they do not provide asset management or guarantee profits and that their franchise offices are independent companies. They do not provide services to citizens of the US, North Korea and other specific countries based on those countries regulations.  We found during our Larson & Holz review that this firm is registered under the Centre for Regulation in OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies (CRFIN) as well as a member of the Commission for the Regulation of Relations in the Financial Markets (KROUFR).

Larson & Holz has a very extensive list of services.  This brokerage deals in CFDs, Forex and binary options trading.  There are many types of accounts covering all these markets in addition to demo trading and a non-deposit Forex account that allows traders to make a profit by trading the $100 that the brokerage deposits in the account to start.

The website of Larson & Holz is adequate.  The website is available in fourteen different languages.  There is a customer service form and phone number just for website visitors that is separate from their customer service for active clients, making it possible for all visitors to get exactly the service they need.

The education center the Larson & Holz provides is fairly comprehensive.  They offer tutorials, ebooks and other helpful articles.  There are several lessons on each topic.  Registration is required in order to access these resources.  The website even tracks the progress of the trader in completing the educational lessons.

Larson & Holz uses the MetaTrader 4 platform.  It is available on their website in standard, mobile and OSx formats all of which are industry standard.  There is a convenient platform for binary users as well.  This platform is also downloadable in traditional format, Android, iOS and as an add on for MetaTrader.  There are instructional documents on the website to help with downloading and usage of these platforms.

The minimum deposit for a starter account is $250.  The smallest trade size is 1% of a standard lot which means that you can open deals as long as there is at least USD 10 in your account. This is considered a mini account and is not supported by the physical offices, it is an online account only. Experienced traders can open larger accounts with full access to all the services the company provides including lower commissions, bonuses, contests and more. The minimum amount for a Standard account is 1000 USD. The spreads on these accounts are competitive and their commissions are considered very reasonable.

Larson & Holz has received very favorable reviews from many different sources.  The complaints seem to be mostly related to how long it takes to withdraw money from accounts.  The website also had some typos which we thought called into question the professionalism of the company.  During our Larson & Holz review we found the services to be competitive, though not necessarily unique.  If this brokerage interests you, it’s definitely worth looking into.
